01 SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Coverage
Rich Mix Mart delivers nationwide across Egypt, including:
- Cairo & Giza
- Alexandria
- Delta & Canal Cities
- Upper Egypt (Sa‘eed)
- Wadi El Gedid
All deliveries are fulfilled through our logistics partner Bosta.

Shipping fees are variable depending on the delivery location. Free shipping applies to orders above 600 EGP.
1.4 Delivery Attempts
Bosta will make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer remains unreachable, the order may be returned, and additional courier fees may apply.

03 RETURN & EXCHANGE (FOOD)
Important Notice
Because our products are essential food items, returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, before the customer receives the shipment.
Once the customer accepts the order from the courier, the order becomes final and non-returnable to ensure safety and hygiene standards.
✓ Eligibility (At Delivery)
You may reject the package in front of the Bosta courier for any reason. A 75 EGP return fee applies.
✕ No Returns After Delivery
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted once the shipment is accepted, opened or unopened.
04. Refund Process
- • Inspection: 1–3 business days.
- • Processing: Up to 14 business days.
- • Online Pay: Original method.
- • Cash-on-Delivery: Issued as Store Credit.
